Call recordings. Calls are recorded for quality and training purposes. Recordings are kept by our call tracking service and may be shared with the provider who took the call.

Website visits. Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages visited, for security and performance. We use Google Analytics to see how visitors find and use the site, including when someone taps the phone number. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects data such as pages viewed, device type and general location. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use information

• To connect your call to a local tree care provider.
• To count calls and measure how well the site works.
• To resolve complaints and improve the service.

Sharing

Your name, phone number and call recording are used to handle your request and may be shared with the tree care provider we connect you with. We do not sell your personal information.
